My room had a bind that did not open which was a let down

My partner and I stayed at Kyriad Direct for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance from the town center. We were also delighted to find secure parking facilities close to our room, giving us peace of mind for our vehicle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the person on night duty who went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. The breakfast spread was impressive, providing plenty of delicious options to start our day. Kyriad Direct provided a comfortable and convenient stay, with excellent service and amenities.

Excellent hotel for a short stay, five minutes walk from the centre, at a great price. Free parking on site and very helpful staff.

It was a convenient location during my journey home from Alsace.

The hotel was difficult to locate. Asking local inhabitants where is was produced no firm information, even though we we standing only 200 metres from the hotel. I would suggest that the owners illuminate their sign to help weary travellers. The menu was bad. despite advertising Moules heavily all round the hotel, there were none available for dinner. There was not sufficient bread available at breakfast - due, no doubt to the depredations of a coach party who beat me down to breakfast. The management inefficient in ordering supplies.

Always stay here, no regrets. Staff helped with info about town on first stay. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, parking, bar, restaurant, TV, cots. Coming back for Christmas.

Conveniently located hotel with secure parking and easy access to town and public transportation. The room was functional and clean, providing everything we needed for a short stay. The price was reasonable for the value offered.

There were minor issues with the room, such as a small burn hole in the duvet and marks on the sheets, as well as some stains on the curtains. The towels were forgotten one day, but promptly provided for the rest of our stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and it met my expectations. The common areas were modern and the breakfast was nice. The receptionist was friendly and the parking was convenient. The large bathroom was a plus.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong wifi connection. Despite this, I had a positive experience overall.

Value for money was great, got a clean and functional room at a reasonable price. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town and metro station in less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the maid who promptly fixed one of the lights in our room.

The breakfast could have been better with more options.

The rooms were basic, but everything worked. Clean towels and bedding, hot water and soap/shampoo provided. Comfortable beds, and we even had Dominos delivered to our room! :)

Oh, the charming location! A dump with drunks and addicts wandering around, and a delightful mix of north African/Muslim population.

had a lovely romantic weekend in Roubaix and Kyriad Direct made it even better! The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient stay.

bathroom door didn't close properly

We had a blast exploring the Palace of Fine Arts, it was so cool and fancy. And the best part is, we could easily plan our cultural and historical tours from the hotel. Plus, the year-round carousel was totally lit, the kids loved it!

The only thing that could've made our stay better is if there was a happening dance party at the hotel. It would've been epic to have a night of non-stop dancing and partying with our squad.
